Remuneration & Recognition Proposed Pay Model

Have you seen the proposed six step pay scale with add ons for expertise, experience, mentoring & qualifications.  It is important that all 27, 000 Primary Teacher members view the proposed pay changes and discuss & debate them thoroughly so that the March cluster meetings can progress prospective claim details.  We need all Primary teacher members to be clear about what they are voting on.
