As much this increase would be welcomed I think it would be agreed to with some fish hooks with conditions . Looking at the budget cuts =- proposed through Tolley's department ( 45 million per year ) this increase may effect something like CRT or the staffing claim of the PTCA . Also we need to be aware of how this looks currently in todays climate - dont we need our families on side -
