This is a plee to all of you to attend the fairness at work march and rally in your area this Saturday. There is currently a concerted effort to undermine the rights of workers. The changes the government is proposing will particularly affect the poorly paid and our support staff. Remember the Support Staff Rallies last year? Hi,
As leader of the negotiations team it is great to see the feedback from so many schools to the government's claim. Their claim for splitting the units and allowing them to be fixed term would undermine all the work that has been done over the last few years to establish career pathways.
