"I think you may be on to something here. My other thought at the time, since ACT had just announced that PP for teachers was one of their policies that we could foresee a coalition in which PP was the "price" the Nats had to pay to get ACT…"

"We had about 12 people in Timaru - only 3 schools represented (including mine) - one brought whole staff. Was very disappointed - wondering what needs to happen to get people interested. Got more response to increase in subs."
