Last week was a very busy week for NZEI Manawatu

Glenys Edmonds and I hosted a worksite rep briefing for their onsight meetings around the stalled contract. It was heartening to feel the ground swell of emotion around the current "education and political climate." My staff voted unanimously on the questions/statements.Andrew Turner and I visited Simon Power and discussed National Standards and other educational issues. We found him very receptive and astute. Last week was a very busy week for NZEI Manawatu
