National Standards March on Parliament

I was one of the lucky teachers able to attend the march on parliament last Wednesday. It was a shame more of us couldn't attend to really show the Government how we feel about the standards - but as always our commitment to our students came first. Those of us who were there knew we were representing the 964 schools and communities who sent their pledges in and we tried to do you all proud.

The rally was very clear in it's message - the standards must be trialled!
