Speak Up Rally at Civic Square Wellington

What an awesome event!  Perry Rush was a fantastic MC & Jonelle you led our singing superbly (sorry if I spelt your name wrong).  It was a fantastic celebration of our great education system and an empowering opportunity for members to share their support of our Great to Excellent campaign.  Thank you Stephanie Mills for allowing me to speak about teacher concerns regarding National Standards.  What awesome songs and such energy!  The Speak Up For Education festival was a great model for us to use for World Teachers' day as well.  And what's more I loved the vegetarian sausages.  They were yum!  Can Whangarei branch please find out how much the flags cost and how we can get some?  The flags and balloons stood out so well too!
