Te Kahui Whetu

There are around 150 members currently attending Te Kahui Whetu in Rotorua which is halfway through at the moment. There have been a couple of good presentation linking the Vision for the Teaching Profession and the claims and rhetoric around these that have formed thesettlement response from the Ministry.

We need to urge all our members to read the Vision paper and respond as schools and individuals to the threats in this paper.

also we have had a wonderful presentation from Whaea Wini Emery's whanau and we miss her fondly.
