Which one doesn't need to be trained?

Sometimes we need to put cuts into context. Here's a story...

So out in this centre is four staff. One is outside looking after a group of students exploring and learning on the equipment out there. He's helping them develop gross motor skills and exploring what happens to water in sand.

By the water trough is another teacher talking about floating and sinking, heavy and light. Chatting about why the water wheel turns like so.

In the library, there is a group cuddled up listening to stories read by another teacher.  She has chosen this story because of the conversations she has heard around the centre. She next plans to re-enact the story with some old chairs as a boat and have the children join in.

And over in the office there is another teacher, filling out a child's portfolio commenting on what they have done and how it has enhanced there learning.

So along comes 'Tolley Dolly' and 'Don-key' and they wave their magic wands...

Which one doesn't have to be trained??

It must be easy to choose right?

Well of course the teacher reading a book, we can all read, so why do you need to be trained?  Yeah Right!  Each of these teachers brings their own strengths to the job and the training enhances this.  These are the real stories we need to be putting out there!
